FIRST NoËl (American Wild Ale Refermented with Figs, 750 ml @ 8.3%)

A delightful Christmas Wild ale, carefully crafted from two strains of brettanomyces and refermented with figs. The results are thoughtful, funky, adventurous – and a bit like liquid mistletoe! Only 2300 bottles @ $17/each, so get ‘em while you can.

amandus (strong belgian golden ale, 12 oz. @ 9.0%)

St. Amandus was a Belgian monk famous for his hospitality: he became the patron saint of brewers, bartenders, and innkeepers. With hints of banana, pear, and cloves, this beer is our toast to a great man in a great beer-making region!

double predestination (double ipa, 12 oz. @ 9.0%)

You're going to love this beer (whether you like it or not!). Loaded with Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops, this beer simply oozes grapefruit and citrus, with a touch of pine and nice graininess. Bet you can't drink just one!

40 days and 40 nights (american ipa, 16 oz. @ 7.5%)

This is our "desert island" beer. If we were lost in the wilderness, with only one beer to drink for the rest of our life, this would be it. Gigantic, thirst quenching hoppiness, but not too bitter. This one will have you going to the well again and again.

Big Top (German Wiesen Bier, 20 oz. @ 7.0%)

Oktoberfest is a traditional German festival where friends and neighbors gather under huge tents to eat, drink, and share life together. And Wiesen is known as a “tent bier” – big, bready, with hints of banana and clove. Super drinkable!

Amélie #4 (French Ale, 12 oz. @ 6.0%)

Amélie is back, featuring French experimental hop P10/9 – pungent and aromatic, this beer starts earthy and floral, then transitions to a gentle fruitiness with hints of stonefruit and apricot. Super complex. And you thought the French just made wine!

katie's pride (german marzën bier, 20 oz. @ 5.9%)

Fringe benefits of getting excommunicated? Martin Luther (ex-priest) married Katharina von Bora (ex-nun). And "Katie" quickly became famous as well - for brewing beer. So this rich, dark Marzën is our tribute to her. Prost!

Queen Lucy (Belgian Pale Ale with Spices, 12 oz. @ 5.8%)

A regal Belgian Pale Ale – intriguing aromas of clove, cinnamon, and cardamom give way to flavors of biscuit, a touch of stone fruit, and subtle licorice (not overpowering). It’s Rebekah’s first beer recipe: Here’s to little sisters who grow up to do big things!

Nottingham (English IPA, 16 oz. @ 5.8%)

England is the birthplace of IPAs. This one is old-school – the kind of IPA you’d find in a pub 30 years ago: a Maris Otter malt base, with just the right amount of Dark Crystal and Flaked Barley to balance out the English hops.

Prodigal pils (german pilsner, 20 oz. @ 5.2%)

Here's to the prodigal in all of us - a lavish, extravagant German Pilsner hopped with Tettnanger, Hallertauer, Spalt, & Saphir: crisp, dry, immensely refreshing. Germany's finest ingredients in one of our best beers yet!

1517 (German Fest Bier, 20 oz. @ 5.0%)

On Oct, 31st 1517, a beer loving monk in Germany launched the Protestant Reformation simply by asking hard questions: 95 theses, posted on a church door. His name was Martin Luther, and this classic Oktoberfest is our toast to him!

admiral hefé (german feweizen, 20 oz. @ 5.0%)

While not a traditional Oktoberfest style, this Hefe is still the boss: a clean, light body with yeast forward aromas of bubblegum and clove. If you like wheat beers, you'll love drinking with the Admiral. Super refreshing!

Pale Morning Dun (“pmd”) (Helles Lager, 20 oz. @ 5.0%)

“Helles” is German for pale, golden or bright; it could easily describe the PMD: a small, yellow mayfly (Ephemerella excrucians) that sends trout (and fishermen!) into a frenzy. This Helles lager has a similar effect – with crackers-and-toast graininess, our PMD is crisp, clean, and excruciatingly refreshing. One sip and you’ll be hooked!

Shackleton (English Premium Bitter, 20 oz. @ 5.0%)

Another English classic – when his ship was swallowed by sea ice while seeking to reach the South Pole, Sir Earnest Shackleton set out in a life boat across open ocean in order to save his crew. A beer for parched adventurers, both then and now!

Achilles Heel (Dry Stout [Nitro], 20 oz. @ 3.6%)

Meet Achilles, the legendary armored elk who roamed the Beartooth Mountains in Montana until we recruited him to keep watch over our taproom. If every warrior has a weakness, this one could be his – a drinkable dry stout, served on Nitro!

Virgin Mary (Rootbeer, 16 oz. @ 0.0%)

Yep, we finally perfected our house rootbeer – an American classic, made from scratch, all natural ingredients, 100% delicious. Perfect for the little kid in all of us!
