HERE'S WHAT'S POURING:
Amandus (Belgian Strong Golden Ale, 12 oz @ 9.5%)
St. Amandus was a Belgian monk famous for his hospitality: he became the patron saint of brewers, bartenders, and innkeepers. With hints of banana, pear, and cloves, this beer is our toast to a great man in a great region!
Double Predestination (Double IPA, 12 oz. @ 9.0%)
You’re going to love this beer (whether you like it or not!). Loaded with Centennial, Simcoe, and Citra hops, this beer simply oozes grapefruit and citrus, with a touch of pine and nice graininess. Bet you can’t drink just one!
40 Days & 40 Nights (American IPA, 16 oz. @ 7.5%)
This is our “desert island” beer. If we were lost in the wilderness, with only one beer to drink for the rest of our life, this would be it. Gigantic, thirst quenching hoppy goodness. This one will have you going to the well again and again.
Despereaux (French Saison, 12 oz. @ 6.1%)
The Saison was first brewed for thirsty farmhands who toiled in the French countryside. Pale and crisp, with a subtle spicy undertone - we hop ours with Melon & Blanc for layers of honeydew, peaches, and mango. Here’s to unlikely heroes in unexpected places (and a really great book about a mouse that mattered). Brilliantly refreshing!
Nottingham (English IPA, 16 oz. @ 5.8%)
England is the birthplace of IPAs. This one is old-school – the kind of IPA you’d find in a pub 30 years ago: a Maris Otter malt base, with just the right amount of Dark Crystal and Flaked Barley to balance out the English hops.
Amélie #2 (French Ale, 12 oz. @ 5.5%)
Did we mention Amélie never wears the same dress twice? This time she’s hopped with GJ2, a new French experimental hop that imparts flavors of mango, papaya, and banana. Grab a glass of each and taste the difference a hop can make!
Amélie #3 (French Ale, 12 oz. @ 6.0%)
That cute exchange girl does it again: same base of French malt & French Ale yeast, but this time she’s wearing nothing but GS10 – a sexy new French experimental hop that is tropical, fruity, intense. We want more and you will too!
Shackleton (English Premium Bitter, 20 oz. @ 5.0%)
Another English classic – when his ship was swallowed by sea ice while seeking the South Pole, Sir Earnest Shackleton set out in a life boat across open ocean in order to save his crew. This is a beer for parched adventurers, both then and now!
Iliad (Irish Red Ale, 20 oz. @ 4.6%)
What happens when you take Ulysses and add 10 pounds of house-roasted Sulawesi? It’s an epic adventure in coffee and beer: rich molasses, dark chocolate, with hints of date, fig, and biscuit that give way to a brilliant coffee finish.
Greyhaven (English Pale Mild, 20 oz. @ 4.0%)
What could be more British than an English Pale Mild brewed with Earl Grey tea? Caramel malts plus Kent Goldings hops fuse with bergamot and lavender to create a complex yet drinkable beer. Served on nitro for full bodied creaminess.
Virgin Mary (Rootbeer, 16 oz. @ 0.0%)
Yep, we finally perfected our house rootbeer – an American classic, made from scratch, all natural ingredients, 100% delicious. Perfect for the little kid in all of us!
