Leviticus (Bourbon Barrel Stout, 8.0%) - Sat, Dec 15

Just 500 bottles of this decadent bourbon barrel stout, with a rich chocolaty head and a roasty dark soul, it tastes like divine fudge and Kentucky bourbon, with whispers of oak and vanilla. House roasted Ethiopian coffee adds hints of cacao and blackberries. All evidence that God loves us and wants us to flourish.

First Noël (Winter Wild Ale, 8.5%)

For centuries, shepherds have hoisted a pint on chilly winter nights to warm their bones and remember One Night long ago when skies were filled with angels, singing “Peace on earth, good will toward men!” This beer is our tribute to that spirit – an adventurous Winter Wild Ale carefully crafted from two strains of Brettanomyces, refermented with figs. Nicely balanced. Super dry. Tastes like liquid mistletoe.

Solomon’s Fancy (Bière de Garde with Pomegranates, 8.0%)

Solomon had a thing for pomegranates. So do we. As a style, Bière de Garde originates in Northern France, a rustic farmhouse ale for thirsty workers during Fall harvest. We brew ours with Texas malt, French hops, and a bold infusion of fresh pomegranate juice for a rich, passionate, romp in the hay. Just like Solomon's Song.

BY THE GLASS:

Amandus (Belgian Strong Golden, 9.5%) [GABF Gold 2017]

St. Amandus was a Belgian monk famous for his hospitality: he became the patron saint of brewers, bartenders, and innkeepers. With hints of banana, pear, and cloves, this beer is our toast to a great man in a great beermaking region!

double predestination (double ipa, 9.0%)

You'll love this beer (whether you like it or not!). Loaded with Centnnial, Simcoe, and Citra hops, this beer simply oozes grapefruit and citrus, with a touch of pine and nice graininess.

Yukon Cornelius (German Weizenbock, 7.6%) THU, DEC 20

What’s Christmas without Rudolph? And what’s Rudolph without… Yukon Cornelius! Rich layers of caramel, dark fruit, with a touch of booze and a surprisingly dry finish. This malty winter warmer will keep you going in the gale!

40 days and 40 nights (american ipa, 7.5%)

This is our “desert island” beer. If we were lost in the wilderness, with only one beer to drink for the rest of our life, this would be it. Gigantic, thirst quenching hoppy goodness. This one will have you going to the well again and again.

Signs & Wonders (Robust Porter, 7.3%)

Rich layers of molasses and cacao combined with a biscuity roastiness and just the right amount of alcohol for chilly winter days. Think of it as 310 gallons of “manna from heaven”, just waiting to fill your glass with hope and cheer!

The Abominable (American IPA, 6.9%) FRI, DEC 21

Facing the storm of the century? You need The Abominable on your side! A West Coast IPA hopped with Meridian, Strata, Mosaic, Equanot – it’s a bumble of a beer, loaded with grapefruit, candied oranges, lychee, melon and rawwwr!

Walks on Water (American IPA, 6.8%) SAT, DEC 22

Get out of the boat. Loaded with tropical flavors like pineapple, passionfruit, and dragonsfruit, this beer is soft like baby’s breath, with a delicate satiny mouthfeel. Super approachable, this just might become our second flagship IPA.

20 Pound Brown (India Brown Ale, 6.5%)

In Montana, the big browns spawn in November. To catch them, you need to be waist deep in the river by 4 AM, even if it’s snowing. You just might land the fish of your life. Or get skunked. Either way, you’ll never forget it – just like this beer!

despereaux (french saison, 6.3%)

Saisons were first brewed for thirsty farmhands toiling in the rural French countryside. Pale and crisp, with spicy undertones - we hop ours with Melon & Blanc for layers of honeydew, peaches, and mango. Here’s to unlikely heroes in unexpected places (and a really great book about a mouse that mattered).

Queen Lucy (Belgian Pale Ale, 6.1%) SUN, DEC 16

A royal Belgian Pale Ale inspired by our secret family Christmas cookie recipe (Klutcheons)! Aromas of clove, cinnamon, and cardamom give way to flavors of shortbread, a touch of stone fruit, and subtle licorice. Delicious!

Nottingham (English IPA, 5.5%)

We use Maris Otter and Dark Crystal malts to create rich layers of caramel, toffee, and raisin bread, with traditional English hops that impart flavors of red apple, black currant, with hints of tea. Classic old-school IPA.

Prodigal Pils (German Pilsner, 5.2%)

Here’s to the prodigal in all of us – a lavish, extravagant German Pilsner hopped with Tettnanger, Hallertauer, Spalt, & Saphir: for a beer that’s crisp, dry, immensely refreshing. Germany’s finest ingredients in one of our best beers yet!

Shackleton (English Premium Bitter, 5.0%)

An English classic: when his ship was swallowed by sea ice while seeking to reach the South Pole, Sir Earnest Shackleton set out in a life boat across open ocean in order to save his crew. A beer for parched adventurers, both then and now!

Darkhaven (English Dark Mild [Nitro], 4.9%)

An English Dark Mild, brewed with Earl Gray Tea – dark, roasty malts with flavors of citrus, berry and bergamot spice. Perfect for a rainy afternoon in a dingy British pub, or a sunny winter day at Lazarus!

King Frank (Franconian Lager, 4.7%)

Meet Frank – a smooth, rich Franconian Lager that will remind you of fresh grain, toasted crackers, and just the right amount of spiciness. Regal, yet down to earth. Perfect beer for a fine fall (or spring) afternoon on the patio!

Virgin Mary (Rootbeer, 16 oz. @ 0.0%)

Yep, we finally perfected our house rootbeer – an American classic, made from scratch, all natural ingredients, 100% delicious. Perfect for the little kid in all of us!
